To make the above request, please proceed as follows:

1. Written request: Please enclose proof of identity (such as a copy of your driving license) and post it to the address stated at the end of the Privacy Policy.
2. Request by email: Please attach a scanned copy of proof of identity and send it to the email address listed at the end of the Privacy Policy.

We shall respond within two months of receiving your request. Please note that we may be unable to comply with your request if there are legitimate reasons based on laws and regulations.

11. Personal Information of Minors

Personal information of persons under the age of 16
